Ui-Cha! Pho Ends Food Court Operation and Plans New Location

Ui-Cha! Pho has ended our operation at the UM Food Court at the end of June 2014. Our dedicated crew worked diligently to close down operation and move equipment into storage and get ready for reopening. We've been planning to have a location in town for quite sometime, and this event just accelerates the location search.

Ui-Cha! Pho Adds Chicken Wings to Menu for Spring 2014

Ui-Cha! Pho starts serving our own chicken wings tossed in one of our 3 special sauces this Spring 2014 semester. The wings are roasted to a crisp in our combi oven for a healthy and tasty result, without any added oil, fat or grease.

Ui-Cha!'s new Chinese menu is receiving a lot of support, keeping our crew busy with almost half of our servings. Pho is still doing well, attracting almost 1/4 of our servings to customers looking for hearty and fulfilling noodle in hot broth, in all beef, chicken and vegan broth varieties.

Just thought we share some interesting facts about Vietnamese pho at the University of Montana, Missoula. The UM is not (yet) a conventional market for pho, and Ui-Cha! is not a conventional pho restaurant. But this place is turning pho upside down. Literally. Where Vegan Pho is giving beef pho a run for its money everyday.

Bubble tea, boba milk tea, or just plain tapioca pearl tea, whatever you call them, they’re now available at Ui-Cha! Pho and Ca-Phe at the UC Food Court.
