    Ui-Cha! Pho Ends Food Court Operation and Plans New Location

    Ui-Cha! Pho has ended our operation at the UM Food Court at the end of June 2014. Our dedicated crew worked diligently to close down operation and move equipment into storage and get ready for reopening. We've been planning to have a location in town for quite sometime, and this event just accelerates the location search.

    Ui-Cha! Pho Chinese Menu a Big Hit!

    Ui-Cha!'s new Chinese menu is receiving a lot of support, keeping our crew busy with almost half of our servings. Pho is still doing well, attracting almost 1/4 of our servings to customers looking for hearty and fulfilling noodle in hot broth, in all beef, chicken and vegan broth varieties.

    Ui-Cha! to Open During Winter Break and Missoula’s First Night

    This year will be Ui-Cha! Pho and Ca-Phe’s first Winter Break and First Night participation. We are getting ready for Missoula’s First Night with lots of special deals for on December 31st, 2011 to serve the expected crowd. We’ll stay open until 1AM New Year’s Day. From now until then we will generally follow the Food Court’s hours of operation...

    UM RA’s Introduction to Vietnamese Pho – Opening the Flood Gates

    I never realized just how many RA’s there were on campus until each and every one of them made a b-line for the Ui-Cha!
