The only problem is the hours; 10hrs a week isn’t quite enough to pay rent. This is why I was so excited when Cuong decided to hire me full time as part of the kitchen staff.
Apparently I’m going to be in charge of receiving orders and portioning out the ingredients for our delicious pho and rice plates. Cuong calls this “office and inventory management”. I can already tell that this job is going to require a lot more work and a lot more responsibility. I hope I’m up to the challenge, and I hope Cuong has a lot of patience!
