Our Punchh customer loyalty program is working great for both Ui-Cha! and our customers. On the one hand our customers are getting great values for tasty and fresh Vietnamese pho and other foods, while on the other hand we at Ui-Cha! are ecstatic to have you as loyal customers. We know that you are confident in our food quality, prices and services, as you are giving us a chance to serve you and are coming back for more. Once in a while I’d like to share with you some statistics of this Punchh program, so here’s a snapshot of Punchh as we stand today.
For those not familiar with our Punchh program, it is a customer loyalty program where we reward you for being our loyal customers. For every 5 meals you purchase from Ui-Cha! with a minimum ticket total of $5 per purchase, your 6th meal up to $8 value is on us! And you don’t even have to carry a punch card around. If you have a smartphone, just download the Punchh app, find us on the list of participating merchants, take a clear photo of the receipt we give you when you order, submit it and the Punchh app will keep track of when you’ll get your free food. Pretty cool and convenient, we think.
So far we have 130 loyal customers (THANK YOU!) who downloaded the Punchh app and are using it regularly. Of course these do not include those who decided to stay low tech with our paper punch cards. In any case we hope to get many many more Punchh app users as we move forward. Every time you take a photo of your receipt and submit it, you’ll be confirmed to have a new punchh and you are on your way to a free meal. Once in a while there will be rejected punchhs that will not count toward a customer getting a free meal. The reasons can vary but normally include one or several of the following:
- The photo of the receipt is out of focus, too fuzzy or otherwise unreadable. It is best to have proper lighting when you take the photo of the receipt, the clearer the better for a better chance of approval.
- The photo is of a receipt not provided by Ui-Cha! It’s important to use our receipt and not the Food Court receipt. Sometime we do make exceptions but will discontinue this soon. So make sure you take photo of a Ui-Cha! receipt.
- The photo is of something completely different, not of a Ui-Cha! receipt. People have submitted photos of streets, floors, and various other things and objects, I kid you not! In these cases we will have to disapprove your receipt submittal.
In future posts I’ll share with you how to maximize your use of our Punchh program. There definitely are do’s and don’ts, but we will help you get the most our of this fun customer loyalty program. In the mean time, come in for another tasty Ui-Cha! meal and get another punchh! See you at Ui-Cha!
